We live in an exciting time for technology regarding health and wellness. Long gone are the analog scales moving a jittery and uncertain needle while only providing your weight. Today, you can get a body composition scale like the two below from RunSTAR. Both scales measure and track your weight over time, providing many other metrics I hadn’t even considered. I tested two RunStar models and compared them to see which is right for you.

If you grew up watching the Chicago Bulls in the 1990s like me, there’s a sweet memory of shooting hoops and wanting to dunk like Scottie Pippen and Michael Jordan.
