Nothing’s Ear (a) wireless earbuds now start from $78 shipped at Amazon

Ear (a) From $78
Nothing Ear (a)

While the previous low on the flagship Noting Ear wireless buds has jumped back up in price, the equally as impressive-looking Nothing Ear (a) has now dropped down to $79 shipped in the black and yellow colors, while the white set is $78. Regularly $99, despite Amazon’s listing suggesting a $109 MSRP, you’re looking at the lowest price we can find and a price within a few bucks of our previous spring sale mention.

One of the reason we are anxiously awaiting the full reveal of the upcoming new Nothing over-ear headphones is because of the eye-catching design the brand is known for. The Nothing Ear (a) are a great example of this, with hits of transparent materials and a sort of retro cyberpunk-like aesthetic – they are easily some of my favorite looking earbuds on the market.

That is not, however, to say they aren’t packing the goods on the inside as well – we came away quite impressed with the entire slate of current-generation Nothing buds after review

Some of the main features here include the 2mm drivers that are said to be twice as powerful as the previous-gen model alongside the brand’s smart active noise cancellation – it “automatically checks for noise leakage between the earbud and your ear canal, then applies more noise cancellation to make up for it.”

You’re looking at up to 10 hours of battery life here in the buds that jumps to 42 hours with the charging case as well as the ChatGPT for Nothing smartphone users – “a first-of-its-kind integration, made for your Nothing ecosystem. Use your voice to access ChatGPT on Ear and Ear (a), wherever you are.”

Nothing Ear (a) Wireless Earbuds feature:

  • Powerful 11 mm driver: We’ve made our driver even more compact. With double the power than Ear (2), Ear (a) delivers an even deeper bass performance. The extra space gives sound waves more room to vibrate. With two new vents, airflow is improved inside the bud. For less distortion and richer overall clarity
  • Smart Active Noise Cancellation: Up to 45 dB,Nothing Ear (a) automatically checks for noise leakage between the earbud and your ear canal, then applies more noise cancellation to make up for it. So you receive the best possible noise cancellation. Happens every time you put them in. So you can go from quiet rooms to busy streets without hearing a thing (other than what’s playing)
  • Clear Voice Technology: Clear as day. Ear (a) isolates your voice from everyday distractions so calls on-the-go feel like face-to-face conversations. With a new talk mic and extra airway on the stem for wind to pass through, we’ve reduced interference by 60% compared to Ear (2)
